1. Services Covered Under This Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the following paid services:

• Verified Badge Subscription: Paid verification service available in three plans:
  • Basic Plan - ₹49 for 3 months
  • Standard Plan - ₹99 for 6 months
  • Premium Plan - ₹149 for 12 months
• Any future paid features or services that may be introduced on the platform

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Voluntary Cancellation by User

You may cancel your Verified Badge subscription at any time. However, please note:

• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund
• Your verified status will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period
• You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support

2.2 Cancellation by India Couple Hub

We reserve the right to cancel your Verified Badge subscription and revoke your verified status under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Fraudulent payment or chargeback
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Account termination for any valid reason

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the 24-hour cooling-off period
• Request for refund after using the verified badge for more than 24 hours
• Inability to find matches or connections (verification does not guarantee matches)
• Account inactivity during the subscription period
• Partial months of unused subscription
• Violation of Terms & Conditions leading to account termination
• Disputes filed directly with bank/payment provider without contacting us first

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact Support: Send an email to supportsexgif@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Username]"
2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:
   • Your full name and username
   • Registered email address
   • Payment/Transaction ID
   • Date of payment
   • Amount paid
   • Plan purchased (Basic/Standard/Premium)
   • Reason for refund request
3. Verification: Our team will verify your payment and account details within 24-48 hours
4. Review: Your refund request will be reviewed based on our eligibility criteria
5. Decision: You will receive a decision via email within 3-5 business days
6. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension of your account
• Revocation of verified badge (if active)
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks

6. Subscription Renewal

Currently, our Verified Badge plans do NOT auto-renew. This means:

• Your subscription will expire at the end of the purchased period
• You will NOT be automatically charged again
• Your verified badge will be removed after expiry
• You will need to manually purchase a new plan to extend verification
• We will send you a reminder email before your subscription expires

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our services at any time. However:

• Price changes will not affect already purchased subscriptions
• You will pay the price that was displayed at the time of your purchase
• Any price changes will be communicated through our website
• We recommend checking current prices before making a new purchase
